FINDING GLORY Wednesday

What a blessed summer this continues to be as we explore together what it means to live out our faith and thrive in life even when times are challenging!

The scripture and discussion question this week are:

"Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." PHILIPPIANS 4:4-7

When you have been in a season of adversity (currently or in the past), what were two or three things you could genuinely express gratitude about — to God and/or to others?

  1. What an interesting question.

    1. Even though I was a complaining murmurring mess, God never left.

    2. That the body of Christ surrounded and upheld me.
